This will offer help for sellers and buyers, instead of having a middleman that checks messages like once a week. Will require hiring people for the live middleman, but would help the site much more. In the past, I have needed help from middleman, which I needed them to reply quickly. But they dont/cant Would be an awesome update to the site, and would be very interesting what you think about it. When it comes to it, If you decided to add this feature, I would be interested in being a live middleman. Thanks for reading!
Yes it is. We will be expanding the VIP option in 2017. We do have a live chat option coming but it's not going to happen until middleman 2.0. As for putting a live chat on PlayerUp for everyone to use, while we wish we could offer this it can be overwelming and would require a high budget. We'd need about 3 agents per shift, 9-12 employees total. Costs skyrocket and there is a reason forums don't have live chats. However we do have alot of other tweaks I'm sure you like coming in 2017.
