    Hello ,

    I would like to share an Interesting Idea with you guys , that is

    Add Live Chat Support , So people can be more happy by your service . If you add live chat it will also easy to clear many people problems and to interact with them . I know that you need to create a staff for this .

    So If that was Success than live chat will be work perfectly .

    We have live chat support but it's only available for VIP Members. We had a chat system but we turned it offline briefly but it will be back online soon.

    Yeah i know that it Xenfero forums has chat system .

    But are you going to enable live chat facility for all people ? I think you need support/mod team to do this .

    Checking an order or payee status or activating order etc ..

    So people will contact directly tho live chat and will solve their problems .

    This will make your work bit less . Checking all help threads is difficult , it ll also takes more time to @Admin and people .

    Thats why i am requesting you to do this .

    1). If we add a live chat in the future, it will not be available for everyone. Since our site is free to use, it would be difficult to handle the volume of chat requests and it would require additional hirings meaning costs will rise and our focus will have to be towards that. If we do add this, it will be in 2017.

    2). The ticket system we have now is reliable enough it just needs to be faster.

    3). We have so many updates we're working on so we'd like to finish these first before we move onto this.

    As always, support will improve as we continue to make updates to the site.

    I agree, the ticket systems take long. Live chat support would make it smooth and faster.
    Perhaps even more Middleman to lighten and fasten the load.

    This would be a great addition to PlayerUp.

    We cannot offer live chat support for everyone on the site because of the new features and services we will be launching in the future here. Launching it and then discontinuing it later is something we prefer not to do. While I won't go into too much detail, you'll understand once everything is launched and the platform changes that it won't be possible.

    However, offering a chat support which we do for VIP Members could become available through a private link only accessible by middleman transactions only in the future. Alternatively, the support ticket system will speed up with automation which we have been trying to implement and will continue to improve. Additionally, we'll be adding moderators and will add other options in the future to improve support.

    Oh That's Nice to know ...

    I have to ask you two things ,

    1 . After 3+ Transactions we are able to become VIP's righ ? or We need to buy VIP Badge ?


    2 . I just want to know that when will be the " Moderators " add to the site ? Still it takes time ?

    And How people know wheather they select or reject to the MODS Role ? ( I also Send MOD Form :yum , you see it ? ) .

    We have a new chat to go along with our existing chats we will be implementing here so this project has been approved and is being implemented.
