So today my paypal account got limited for reaching the £1,500 Monthly Limit. What it is asking me to do is confirm my idenity and my adress. I am 16 and am pretty sure that you have to be atleast 18 years old to run a business and use paypal. I Need some help and advice! so comment down below on what you think i should do.
