Raid some tritanium to upgrade Northstar shields to increase strength to 173k or build Vahklas.
Northstar is Tier 7 but only level 30, therefore it can be leveled up to 35 with no further upgrades, just gaining XP, so more strength to be readily gained.
Fully maxed Jellyfish

2 fully tiered Envoys, plus a new Envoy.
Botany Bay and Franklin
Talla, Turas, and Phindra fully tiered.
Plenty of 2* uncommons if those are needed for any other ship upgrades.

Very high level officers for my level. I've spent over $600 on this account, more than half on officers. Most officer shards from standard recruit chests convert into officer XP, as I have enough shards to fully tier the majority of common/uncommon officers.

17.7 million parsteel in tokens, plus currently 3 million in warehouse, plenty to upgrade power much higher through building. I will be upgrading buildings and starting research to keep building power, and to use up raidable parsteel, but otherwise am no longer playing the game.

Neighbor reputation with both Federation and Klingons, duel faction makes completing dailies so much easier.

Cadet Kirk, Cadet Uhura, Instructor Spock, Rukor, Komal, and Helvia are all fully promoted. Cadet Uhura is also fully leveled up.
T'Pring and Barot are very strong also.
