I have multiple stun guns, stun sticks, absolute defense, AP down shield weapon, impair guns and double attack. Almost 1900 legendary medals and over 1.5 mil ascendance medals, 155 gold mods(numerous atk, hp, def, status resists) plus even more silver mods that are still usable. I have also scrapped most of the useless gold mods. I am in a region that is eligible to transfer out of and I believe anywhere you go you'll be able to join a top faction.
