So I Bought a used text book from amazon for about $18. but the item actually did not arrive even though the shipment have said it did. I have already request for a replacement as the price of the book went up to $75. but did not get a respond even though they say they will get back in 2 days. how should I approach this? since I don't want a refund to buy another one. But want a replacement for it *don't think I'm breaking any rules here since its all actually happening
