To get ANY Fortnite account name I exploit a name glitch of which I and only a few select others know about. Basically the account will have the exact name you would like ONLY using english characters and a bit of my own special sauce to allow the account to have the name. The account will show the exact name but, in reality will have something special added to it; It is impossible to tell the difference between a regular OG account and this special type of account.
