Ranger is very good PvP geared you can see that on pictures weapon is +15 DD Combined with Custodian rank1aug2 and Jerkin Breeches and Boots are also Custodian rank1aug2 all +13 and Shoulder + Gloves are Fearless (Mythic Bloodmark) +10 all items are socketed with full composites and on Ancient slots Attack +8 or Crit +24 Accessory Blood Mark Necklace and Belt and Kunax ring x2 (+1 both of them), Earrings are Rank1Aug2 (same as 4star officer) both earrings are +4 and Helmet is Plate from Invasion I am using that gear for PvE aswell since my pve gear is not ready yet DD set Darken is 4/6 and Dark is 3/6 but with this pvp gear you can easy do all pve instances including DD where you can pull out over 4.6k dps with good ping and rotation for pve accessory I am using FULL Ereshkigal accessory stats are same as Legendary noble katalium and they even got bonus 4/4 set which is really great and I switch that invasion hat in pve with Pure modor or Vasharti Full pvp gear is skinned with Wave song + Shoulder is Tomul so it looks so cool all blue and that shoulder floating bubbles and weapon skin is Water Dragon King's Bow which also looks amazing and goes really good with it , there is also 3 wings Steampunk skinned on Beritra you can delete skin if you like beritra skin, Hyperion wings and Tiamat's Glimmering Wings which skin you will see on picture and stats of those wings are really really great. Also you can see stats UNBUFFED in pvp and in pve with scrolls food and ranger buffs it way more than that HP is over 14k so with all buffs you can have over 17k which is great for pvp and if you're going to run DD.
