    These Limited cards only have availability during the run of the "Sparkle! Seaside Flower" Gacha. It ends today (6/28/2020), but will rerun next year. However, after that, they are not set to return as free cards; you would have to pay real money to obtain them during events that offer them (such as Backstage Pass events).
