By placing your order you agree with following Terms & Conditions.

1. If you're a member of this forum for more than one year and have at least five vouches, then you can pay 50% upfront and 50% once your order is ready; otherwise, you'll have to make 100% upfront payment to place your order.
   
2. 88% of the orders are delivered within 24-48 hours, however, in some cases, it can take longer than that, it is recommended to ask me about your order delivery before placing your order.
   
3. All designs are copyright protected, you're free to modify the design you paid for, however, in case of thread designs you cannot remove "Thread design by" without paying the fee for it.
   
4. I have the right to cancel any order without any reason.
   
5. You can request for source files such as .PSD's, .Ai's etc. within three days of your purchase. If I lost your source files for any reason, I should not be held responsible.
   
6. Free design editing option is available only within seven days of purchase.
   
7. Once the design approved by you. There will be no refund.
   
8. I have the right to add the design I made for you to my portfolio. (Please discuss with me if you want the project to be private).
   
9. In case if I couldn't make the design as per your requirements, you'll get a full refund.
   
10. I have the right to change Terms of Service any time without any notice.
