KDF Dispute

    I purchased a Runescape account from seller KDF on/around 03/18/2015. Today on 04/13/2015, the account I purchased did not let me log in. The email that was registered was changed, so I have no way to being able to recover the account. The last time I had access to the account was ~14 hours ago. Right now, I have no access and have no way of recovering account because the seller did not give me any recovery questions/answers and he changed the email and password on the account.

    P.S. He probably contacted Jagex, the company behind the game Runescape, and told them his account was stolen and did not have email access to it, so they wiped my email without even notifying me. I have tried to contact them but because I am not the original owner of the account, I have no means of reacquiring the account.

    I demand a refund! I haven't had access to the account for even a month! I was told Playerup was the most secure account marketplace....but how is it secure if someone can # their account back after going through purchase, confirmations, etc etc?

    I have tried to contact KDF but he does not reply back after I notified him that I received an email from Jagex saying that the original owner (KDF) has control of the account.
