I require something doing as part of an assignment for university for a friend: Essentially put simply. 1) A comment system, so you submit a comment and it shows it below along with the date and time it was submitted. 2) Voting on the comment, positive vote and negative vote on each comment (number goes up/down). 3) Reply to existing comments. 4) Report a comment. The rest of the website, and the layout have already been designed. So it's just this comment system that needs putting in place. If anyone is able to help me with this, he is willing to pay for it.
