    Ordered on 09/25/20, messaged the three way chat a week later no response. Tried messaging middleman, no response, and now still nothing as of 12/05/2020.

    Wait For An Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.
