Resolved Issue with payment - I did not receive what I ordered

    I attempted to purchase a player account for SWGOH. I used Paypal for the transaction, which completed - but then the link back to your website failed, and I was unable to proceed further. I have not received any further instructions on how to obtain the player account I purchased. I either need the transaction refunded or I need a link to receive the player account I paid for. Please advise.

    This is the email I received from SafeCharge, that handled the payment with the order number:
