Essentially whenever I try to order something the payment gets blocked. My PayPal is perfectly healthy and I can buy off steam etc. no problem but for some reason everytime I try to buy something of playerup to refund it the payment just gets blocked. I can't even legitimately buy something off there and I've never bought from there before lol.
