I started an SE for fitbit today after quite a long break. The call with the rep went smooth without any issues as they usually do. The rep sent me the email for the replacement link. On the link there is this section that is new to me (see below) my question is... how new is this? EDIT: Nevermind these are just for the special edition trackers. Although I've still never seen it.
