I did some huge in app refunds on my main account last year and I wanted to do some more so I made a new account. New account in app refund worked perfectly with all new information and a VCC. So I went and made another account all new information and a new VCC but when I went to make the purchase I got a error " This purchase couldn't be completed, please contact itunes support." so I tried to trouble shooot it and nothing worked. Made another new account yada yada new vcc then it wouldn't even let me add my credit card information without saying to contact itunes support. Anyone got any idea whats going on? I've read threads about people making 10 different accounts and doing in apps yet I cant even make anymore accounts after 1 new account.
