    Based on the information you provided us above, we are unable to locate this person on PlayerUp so as of now this is an "offsite" dispute. Since we can't even contact this seller then we have no way to help you. As a result, we have advised you to contact PayPal and start the process of filing a PayPal Dispute.

    Not much else we can do on our end unless you have his PlayerUp Username.
