If I do a few partial refunds from different stores does the store involve the carrier? What I was wondering was if I was ordering some things from a few different stores, then when they arrive saying some of the things aren't in the box. But I don't know whether the store blames the warehouse who packs the items or UPS. If it's UPS then I won't try it because I don't want my address to be blacklisted. I don't have a drop location to use and UPS almost always delivers our packages. I live in a rural area so it's usually the same driver too. I would like to hear from refunders or people that have at least done this a number of times.
