I'm doing an SE for a fitbit and i'm stuck somewhere

    So i'm getting a replacement for a FITBIT
    The customer service rep said "You’ll receive another email from fitbit.com with a link to your order status. Your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Note that business days excludes weekends."

    I don't have access to the gmail, how can i get access to it?
