Sold I'll pay someone to update an outdated piece of open source c# software

I've dug through the code and tried a lot to fix it and I just can't get it done since I've never touched c# or .net but I believe it's a pretty easy task if you know your way around c# and regex.

It's a piece of outdated open source software that noone really cared to update and it has since stopped working due to changes in other software it needs to run through.
