    I have removed those pictures. No need to post your details.

    Actually the issue is not with us, but with your past transactions. Several buyers complained the items you sent them were recalled and so we froze your payout obviously. We're taking losses on transactions here because of this and it's not fair for us you keep getting paid the full amount and we keep taking losses.

    That said, I will do a full audit on this shortly and give you the final balance and what orders had issues shortly.

    Let me know who did complain and for what reason?
    Thats why i was asking for the problem and whats the solution but none bothered to answer so i did this way?
    Lets slove it and whats the solution.
