He doesn't have much rep on playerup if anything doesn't have a lot of posts You haven't seen the service around ever Asks for payment upfront Keeps bugging every 5 minutes if you're going to buy Asking for BTC only You should be cautious when dealing! Ask other people, and be like "would you do this ? " or ask couple people and if they say no! i think you should reconsider!
