I want to cancel my order and get a refund!

    Hi, I want to cancel my order and get a refund. I have updated my 3 way conversation chat to 'Buyer - Cancelled order'.

    When will I get my refund??

    It seems that the seller is inactive for many months and therefore he may not respond to my cancellation request!!

    What do I do?? I want my refund!!

    Please let me know about my refund as soon as possible!

    How do I cancel my order?

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
