I used to have og stw on xbox. Will linking my xbox account to my epic account give me og stw?

I'm looking to sell my account and I understand that it would be much more valuable with og stw... 3 questions: would linking the accounts work? Is it commonplace for an epic account for sale to be linked to other accounts? Would I have to give up my xbox account entirely? Currently, when I try to open stw it sort of bugs out - I have it installed but I can't get past the "learn more" screen. I switched from xbox to pc years ago so I dont remember exactly how i transferred my progress initially if that matters. Also, at one point I found that someone had been using my account and had linked a ps account so i removed it and changed the pw. Thoughts?
