    Hello,

    I recommend going on any of your Clash Of Clans accounts and inform supercell, someone has hacked your account. Obviously you dont want to tell them you sold/traded it. So say someone has hacked it.

    Give them as much information as you can and they will help you recover your Townhall 9 account.

    Help and support will be in the settings on the game.

    Also try and recover the google/apple accounts.
