Purchased a $20 steam code. Redeemed and went to live chat. Rep said he would refund, but all the links he gave me had some problem and gave me a 404 error. He asked me to contact the seller, so I did that. Seller says contact steam support and ask them when the code was redeemed and give that info to him. Tried to contact live chat again and said seller wasn't refunding but he told me to do the same thing. What should I do now? Chargeback on PayPal?
