Resolved I paid for a middleman service but never got an order number

    Hi I just a made a purchase (Secure Buy Now) for a Marvel Future Fight account on playerup, but after making payment, I didnt receive any email confirmation from playerup. I also did not see the order history in my account. Payment has already been made over paypal.

    The automatic response of the middleman support wants me to fill in a form but I need my order number, which is nonexistent.

    I NEVER GOT AN ORDER NUMBER
    This is the second thread on this issue because the stupid middleman auto response has "resolved" this even though it did nothing.
    The account has been sold to somebody else already. Please just give me my money back.
