Hi guys short story I contacted logitech for megaboom and I give them all the information, they told me that black color for replacement was not available we offer to upgrade with another color, I told ok then I got no response at all I contacted again and now they want pictures with case number can you help me I got a pic with all s/n PID what I need is another pic with the case number thanks for reading
