I have an account Im trying to sell and i got someone interested that i found online. I am worried i might get scammed. Is there a way to charge back your money on paypal friends and family? Also, the buyer wants me to add his phone number on my account and says he will send the money after i add his phone number than i can change my email to his? is this method safe or can he take over my account with his phone number added?
