    Middleman said order was in queue thing is that it's been over 3+ weeks and I still haven't received anything. 3 way ticket was completed. I received middleman feedback but still no payment. I need an update on what's going on. Thank you in advanced. :)

    @Middleman is having issues with one of their gift card suppliers who handles prepaid cards. If they buy from a regular store, they charge another $3.95 to $5.95 surcharge + tax so they are trying to avoid that.

    Anyway you switched to PayPal recently and that should be processed in either this or the next batch.
