    I require a sparkle/starry effect added to an image, I can send you an example when someone who can do animation can confirm. There might even be an app for this but I haven't looked.

    If someone is able to do this, ASAP then please convo me and let's get it done.

    Edit: I just checked, I want it like the fall glitter effect on Instagram.
