Hi guys I am back again with another Fitbit SE'ing experience.
So a few weeks ago I was very new to SE'ing I cracked a few Charge HR accounts and used it to practice on.
I tried SE'ing 9 times with 9 different accounts and all of them asked me to ship the Fitbit back to their warehouse.
I got really pissed off because I tried different good methods ( At least I thought it was.)
After failing 9 time I decided to try and SE again, and guess what! once again they made me ship it to their warehouse.
When they ask you to ship it back , they also ask you to give them a tracking number.
So I went ahead and looked at the Royal Mail website to see how much it would cost to ship from UK to their warehouse which is located in Netherlands.
My eyes popped out my head when I saw that shipping would cost £50.
So I argued with the agent for like an Hour saying that I wouldn't be able to afford £50 and It would take nearly a month to get a replacement because you have to wait 5-7 days for the defected item to be shipped to their warehouse , wait another 5-7 days for the replacement to arrive at your house. Then I called their company a scam and all sorts.

A few weeks after I failed an SE again and of course they asked me to ship the product back to their warehouse.
So I said to the agent wouldn't it cost £50 to ship it back to the warehouse , also wouldn't take 10-14 days for my replacement to come?
She replied saying that she will email me a FREE shipping label so I don't have to pay for shipping. She also said that she will make sure my replacement is Shipped with 1st Class so I would get my replacement withing 3 Days.

Thanks for reading my little story!
Please leave a Thank to hear more Fibit Experiences.
