Under Investigation I have been scammed while under MM and Insurance

    Hello there. On September 30th 2019 I bought an Idle heroes account for 1000 dollars with insurance. This was also done through a middleman and when the purchase was ongoing the owner of the account said that he could not change password(or get the account back), however he has now as of a few days ago forcefully taken the account back. So I request a full refund of my purchase and I want the seller to be banned or removed from the website. Fortunately I found my purchase on my PayPal. Image is linked.

    As you can see here the seller assures me he can't get the account back, yet now he has. As it was bought with insurance and through an MM I am here to get my money back.

    Hello there. How can I do this with idle heroes? One day login works and the other day it does not. I do not have access to the email address of the owner which was stated before purchase was a fake which could not recover/retrieve password

    You can provide any type of proof that could support what you are claiming here. What do you mean by you do not have access to the email address? Did they not give it when your transaction began? Did you assign your own email address as an alternate email address for the account?

    Also, when did this transaction occurred? Was it on 10/01/2019?

    When we made the transaction MM said I need to get the email to change it to my own choosing. The seller lied and said the email of the account was fake and that it could not be changed. He said that the email is like a username on idle heroes and not an actual email.

    Now as of when I got scammed he has lied about the email during the transaction.

    All I can show you is that I cannot login, that PW is wrong. Idle Heroes does not show much which can be shown as proof.

    The proof I can and have shown whereas seller says its a fake email and can't be changed is I believe the biggest I can show as Idle Heroes doesn't allow selling or trading accounts I can't take it over to them to get more proof. What do I do then?

    I see, i think i understand what you're trying to tell and yes please do show a screenshot of that here. Any evidence to help prove your claim is welcome.

    Do you remember if you included an insurance package back when you made the order for the item?

    We can't just refund 1,000$ with no proof at all that the account is not in your possession. We can't take this at face value, we need multiple forms of proof you lost access to the account. This would be in the form of the fake e-mail he sent you... any form of 2FA on the account that was taken off, etc.

    Especially since it's been over a year and I'm pretty sure the package you purchased was for less than 6 months.

    Here is a picture of me trying to login to the account. The seller said the email wasn't real and he lied. He contacted idle heroes and retrieved/got his account back and changed the password then he disabled his Gmail account so that I can't get the account back. The insurance should cover this considering I was scammed during the time it was active. Images attached. I can add more proof if necessary.

    Maybe you should show all conversation screenshots with that guy to the Playerup support personally, That gives more information for them and help resolve it sooner. Just with Partial Conversation/Screenshot proofs they can't help you much further.
