Under Investigation I got scammed

    I got scammed by someone called CaptainSimp, he somehow managed to get the account back, he changed the password of the account and the Gmail, I can supply you with dozens of screenshots to help further my case, I have been unable to contact the seller as he has blocked me on all platforms I can also provide dozens of screenshots to further prove my case, as I cannot put screenshots in this post if any middleman could message me asking for said screenshots would be greatly appreciated.

    8. yes we used discord his name was Yessir#2642 I have dozens of screenshots of message history his name on player up is CaptainSimp

    9. Yes I have a lot of photos

    We can't be sure about that yet, @Middleman is strict when releasing payments especially with new/non-feedback sellers. Its still possible that your money is still with us so you could still get fully refunded.

    Just need you to provide screenshots like where it shows that the account details was changed after you have secured it and such to support your claims here more.

    the password was changed but its the same email, i can also show screenshots of the email password being changed, also messages from my phone telling me he was trying to log back in

    if @CaptainSimp fails to address this within 48hours i will suspended their account and ask @Middleman to process your refund.

    Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.

    what if he doesn't respond? also if he denies the refund will i get my money back? @Help also he is suspended so he cant respond
