I gave account to customer but he does not respond

    I gave the customer account info but he does not respond I don't think he even saw the message ... What should I do?

    If the buyer is satisfied with the item delivered and hasn't already changed the order status in this ticket, then the next step is for the buyer to click on the Change Order Status icon at the top of this ticket and select the "Buyer - Confirms Delivery checkbox. If we don't hear back from the buyer within 72 hours, we will assume the buyer is satisfied with their purchase and proceed with releasing the buyers payment sent to us that is currently held in escrow to the seller.
     
    • This user is inactive. Hasn't logged into their account in over 60 days.
