I could use some help with this

    I had Hibana do a Microsoft refund for me last Tuesday. I pay him, hit him up two days later and tells me he had completed it and to wait 10 business days. With him now being banned, I'm a little concerned that he scammed me. Is there any way I can confirm that he did do my refund?

    What should I do? Wait it out? Try and get my money back? Any help is appreciated.
