I cashout my middleman balance to my payment method a month ago

    Hello,I completed a transiction and sold an account with your middleman service the Money got info my middleman balance and i went to cashout a month ago...i gave all the informations needed for the payment and I am still waiting for a response after almost 3 weeks since last update about my Money.
