Hi, i refunded a # back in January used a refunder and he refunded and there was no investigation or ups coming to my house or any calls from ups and i got my money back in my cc, so today i got letter in mail from hsn asking for product to be returned or they will recharge me i called my CC and changed my number, can they give it to collection agency? i don't even have the # anymore. did any one else got this letter?
