Hello I am fairly new to this forum however I have a question. I was able to refund an item on HSN with the payment option of Flexpay. It wasn't that hard and I actually now have the funds back in the credit card. However they said they will contact UPS and the UPS guy came and ask to sign a paper. One of my friends signed it and now a week later I got a mail from HSN saying they are going to rebill me. I have contacted them and they said that UPS confirmed it was delivered. I chatted with HSN and they have said they have opened a dispute and will be mailing me something that I have to fill out in order for them to determined if they will cancel the refill. Am I love you or should I follow through with the investigation?
