    Hi
    Can account be transferred to another state? Guessing some states just recently have P4 or P3. Also is this iOS or it doesn’t matter?

    There's no state transfers in the game at the moment. You can link account on any phone/pc so doesn't matter what device you play on. Hope this helps!
