Been lurking for a bit finally decided to purchase a home s/n. Built up the nerve to go ahead and se a monitor all went well but I don't know if it just slipped my mind or what but I used my actual name and phone # like a mongoloid. Replacement is on the way should I just send it back and try with a different address not trying to be harassed to send in the defective device. Thanks for any input
