    I tried to do two SEs for Hp and the moment I thought I was successful they sent me this for both (Omen 32 and HP Envy 27s)
    Dear HP Valued Customer,

    In order to validate the warranty and process your service order, please reply to this email with the following documents.

    1. Proof Of Purchase (POP)

    2. Photograph clearly shows the entire unit/product

    3. Photograph of the label on the unit/product clearly shows the Serial Number and the Product number of the unit/product

    Note: Please Provide clear images of the product and of the label detailing its part number and serial number. In some cases, the product may have two sets of labels with this information. Images of both are required.

    Customer sensitive data must be blacked-out / hidden prior to sending the document. The HP Customer Data Privacy Policies strictly requires received documentation including visible sensitive customer data to be destroyed; you will be asked to provide a new POP, delaying the validation.

    Following documents can be considered for Proof Of Purchase:-

    1. A copy of your original proof of purchase (sales invoice or receipt from the store, reseller name, or retailer that indicates the name of the product sold, serial number, product number, amount of purchase, and date of sale.)

    2. HP Extended Service Plan or Care Pack (skip this step if you did not purchase an extended service plan)

    a. Soft copy of your Registration Card

    b. If you do not have your registration card but purchased your product from HP Shopping or Another retailer, please provide Case number / Extended Service Plan / Care Pack Part Number (e.g.: U4822A) / Care Pack Serial Number (e.g.: 3003090338) / HP Shopping Order Number

    Please note that in case service delivery /repair is pending even after sending the receipt of the proof of purchase and photos:

    Service delivery / Repair will resume once the requested information is received and validated. If you have not received an update from HP within 2 business days of sending in the requested information, please contact HP Customer Support for an update on your case status.

    If we do not receive this information within 5 business days, we will assume you do not wish to continue with this service event and will close this case.
