This is just something really simple i thought i would share with u guys... Just go to the program that you want to make a shortcut key for then right click it and hit properties. Then after the pop-up comes go to the Shortcuts tab and under it you should see something that says Shortcut or hotkey or something like that. Then u just click it and hold down the key u want it as. You should set it as Shift+alt+letter or shift+ctrl+letter or something like that so that was you can always access it
