Circles Sparks Hangout Circles: Where you can share your details only to particular group of members. This kinda sets off the privacy issues and it is much more easy way of communicating. You just don't have to tag users or create a separate group to communicate.You can have text chat with the respective circle too. Hangout This is a cool feature enabling video chat with your friends in circle.Looks like Google just made use of its earlier features like the Gtalk.
