    The title says it all, but to elaborate more further; I see people with moving icons, how to have that as well? I already have a reserve GIF, which is already my iconbut it ain't moving at all. Celestial_beings_In_a_galaxy_far_far_away.gif

    You need to use outside source to upload it like imgur.com and use the image/media shortcut icon above the text box.
