Hello there. Im not sure where should I post it so there it goes. Long story short. I dropped my Samsung S7 on the tiles and glass in the corner (near to main button) shattered a little. The question is, what story should I tell to get free of charge repair. I thought about tale like " phone started vibrating without any reason, and it fell on the floor just when I was about to catch it. it happened before but phone was in my pocket and nothing happened". Does it sounds any good?
