That's however very difficult and rarely possible. The other way of doing it is to DDOS the website. That means that you try to flood the website with a lot of connections/packets. However, people trying to DDOS you are usually retards as they forget the fact that servers where the sites are hosted have 100/1000 mbit connections. It's impossible to DDOS with 1 Mbit upload. Some hackers you can hire have infected client PCs and then upon payment send 10000 computers onto a website. That's working DDOS, else, impossible.
