Sold How the f was this stupid guy able to pull my account EVEN with 2 fa enabled?

Yesterday I tried login to my psn acc in fortnite and it said that it was unlinked. When I tried resetting the password it said sorry account couldn‘t be found so I‘m assuming some stupid piece of dogshit garbage human pulled my account which makes me apparently incredibly furious since this already happened to another friend of mine and he had 2 fa enabled as well even with the most secure option ( authentificator app) .

How the love you is this possible? Can someone explain the method how anyone would be able to bypass 2 fa authentificator app? I didn‘t have rare stuff on it just spent a lot of money and it makes soooooo angry
