Ok so hollister have said that they will issue me a replacement but I told them I urgently need the items and if I can have a refund and the rep said in that case he will cancel the replacement order and forward me on for a refund. I just looked at my order details now and it shows that the same items have been added to my order and the price marked as $0.00 for each item and says 'cancelled'. Has this idout rep cancelled the replacement and not gone onto the refund as its been like 10 hours now, should I wait a few days then see whats up, as in my experiences hollister refunds have been processed on the day.
